Melissa's Strawberry & Banana Smoothies |

Nothing beats an ice cold smoothie on a warm summer day! And guess what, they're healthy, refreshing and easy to make.
Here's what you need:
• A blender • 6 oz/(170g) French vanilla yogurt • 1 organic banana • 6 large frozen strawberries • 1 cup/(250ml) orange juice • 1 cup/(250ml) ice cubes • 7 scoops of vanilla ice cream
In a blender, add yogurt, banana, strawberries and orange juce. Blend on high speed until the fruit is fully liquified. Add ice cubes and blend until the ice is in fine little pieces. Add ice cream and fully blend. Pour smoothie mixture into three tall glasses and top with whipped cream from a can.
Drink your smoothie with a straw and enjoy!
